These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and reservations made by customers (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the customer") at Helnessund Brygger AS via www.sauna.helnessund.no. The agreement regulates the use of our sauna, including the website sauna.helnessund.no, as well as all communications with our customer support or through social media. These terms take precedence over any conflicting information that may be incorrectly stated elsewhere on the website or in email communications.
Consumer purchases
Purchases made at Helnessund Brygger AS are subject to Norwegian legislation, including the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act, the E-Commerce Act and the Credit Purchases Act. More information about your rights and obligations as a consumer can be found at www.lovdata.no.
Prices
All prices stated on the website are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value added tax (VAT). If the VAT rate changes after the booking date, this change will be reflected in the price without prior notice. The prices at the time of booking apply throughout the entire purchase process. No additional taxes or fees are added. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious price errors caused by technical or human errors, and refund the customer.
Payment
All direct bookings are made via the booking calendar at www.sauna.helnessund.no, and are paid online when booking. We offer secure payment methods through Nets Easy with the option of card payment and Vipps.
For bookings of Sauna as part of a package or for special needs, payment may be made with other deadlines and payment methods by agreement.
We do not accept cash. Card information is not stored by Helnessund Brygger AS.
Purchase terms and customer information
By making a purchase on our website, you accept our terms and conditions. The agreement between the customer and Helnessund Brygger AS is considered to have been concluded when the order has been confirmed in writing to the provided e-mail address. Keep the order confirmation for future inquiries. The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete information.
Cancellation and change of booking
The right of withdrawal does not apply to individual services that are offered at a specific time, such as reservations in Slappfisken Sauna at Helnessund Brygger AS. Reservations can be transferred to another name free of charge.
If a private booking needs to be moved, we will try to find a good solution. Please contact us.
Gift vouchers and right of withdrawal
Gift vouchers purchased on the website have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used when ordering. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. They can only be used for bookings of specific services such as Private bookings or joint drop-ins.
Cancellation and weather conditions
If we have to cancel your reservation due to weather conditions or other unforeseen events, we will refund the difference or offer an alternative service. In the event of extreme weather conditions or force majeure situations (e.g. pandemic, natural disasters), payment for the canceled service will not be refunded.
Membership
Membership gives access to certain discounts for both drop-in and private bookings. Click the banner for Period Card from the front page for more information.
Age limit
We do not accept reservations from persons under 16 years of age without a guardian.
Privacy statement
Helnessund Brygger AS is responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. The information is used to deliver our services, as well as for marketing purposes if you have given consent to this.
Cookies

The website may contain links to other websites outside our control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these websites.
Assignment
We reserve the right to assign payment claims to third parties.
Validity of clauses
If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Disputes
Disputes related to these terms and conditions shall be settled by a Norwegian court in accordance with Norwegian law. Consumers may also contact the Norwegian Consumer Ombudsman.
